The cake is no longer an Instagram thread.
OS Kitchen records the cake as an order: date, notes, allergens, deposit. Production and packing read the same ticket.
- Quote and deposit live on the order — not a second notebook.
- Allergens, inscription, and photo stay visible at the station.
- Pickup has a slot. The ticket follows the same pipeline as the weekly menu.
- Customer history keeps the birthday cakes. Not a marketplace email.
